If you're not avoiding dairy, many 'normal' Easter eggs are free from gluten-containing ingredients anyway.

A favourite for all ages this bunny sits at 12cm tall and is made from an indulgent, caramelised white ‘Gold' chocolate. Butter – Always use unsalted butter and add the salt separately in baking. Dairy Fine Mini Eggs Chunky Bar - 225g (a great alternative to the Cadbury's Mini Eggs Bar which is now a 'may contain' for gluten)

Caster Sugar – My favourite is golden caster sugar as it adds a slight caramel flavour but regular white caster sugar is fine. (Superfine sugar in the US.) Take the mini Creme Eggs out their wrappers, place into a freezer safe bag or tub and freeze overnight. Providing a nostalgic caramel taste, each bunny is decorated with natural colours. This is also a nice touch if you're thinking of gifting as no two will be the same. Place on a small baking tray lined with foil and freeze for 30 minutes. Preheat your oven to 180ºC/Fan 170ºC/356ºF.It means that the Cadbury Large Creme Egg Easter Egg, as well as the Cadbury Crunchie Easter Egg, will both reduce from a weight of 258g to 233g this year.
